Financial Policy

Thank you for selecting us for your oral surgery needs. The following information describes our financial policy. Our primary goal is that you receive the optimal treatments needed for your dental health. Therefore, if you have any questions or concerns about our financial policies, please do not hesitate to contact our financial coordinator.

Patients are expected to pay for services at the time they are rendered. Our patients who have dental insurance are expected to pay the amount of their estimated co-pay and deductible at the time of service. Payments may be made using cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. We also offer CareCredit, which is a financing option only available for healthcare expenses. As a courtesy to our insured patients, we submit claims to your insurance company free of charge. If insurance has not paid within 30 days of treatment you will need to make full payment to this office and be reimbursed when your insurance company has paid the claim. Please keep in mind that the insurance contract is an agreement between you and the insurance company; therefore, you are responsible for all charges, regardless of any insurance coverage. Our office will assist you anyway we can.

Be familiar with the coverage and deductible on your insurance plan(s). To help you better understand your dental benefits, read your plan description and call your employer/personnel department or insurance company regarding any questions you may have prior to your appointment. Please bring your insurance cards and any booklet to your first visit.

This office is not party to a persons divorce decree. Adult patients are responsible for their own charges. The responsibility of the minor will rest with the accompanying adult.

We reserve the right to charge interest in the amount of 1.0% monthly as provided by state law.
